Payment Methods

1. Accepted Payment Types
We currently accept the following forms of payment:

2. Booking Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
3. Final Balance
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or event, before services begin.
4. Travel Fees
Travel is included for locations within 25 km of Belleville, Ontario.
For distances beyond this, a travel fee will be quoted upon booking.
Vancouver-based sessions are handled separately and priced accordingly.
5. Receipts & Invoices
Receipts are automatically sent to your email when an appointment is booked or a quote is accepted.
An updated receipt reflecting your full balance will be sent once final payment is received.
