2. Use of the Website & Services
This website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial gain without express written consent from BW Makeup & Photography. 4. Booking Policies & Client Responsibilities
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable retainer. Final payments are due on the day of the session or event. Clients are responsible for timely communication and for arriving prepared for their scheduled sessions. BW Makeup & Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
BW Makeup & Photography shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use services or content on this Site. Service outcomes are subjective and dependent on individual factors beyond the artist's control.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is kept secure and used solely for communication and booking purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
7. Photo Usage Rights
Clients may share purchased images for personal use and social media with credit to BW Makeup & Photography. Commercial or editorial use requires prior written consent and appropriate licensing.
